4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

• Standard delivery timelines:

  • Johannesburg & Pretoria: 1–3 working days

  • Cape Town & Durban: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed once the item is inspected and approved.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
